    At Embera Herbs, customer safety, hygiene, and product quality are our highest priorities. Since our products fall under the category of wellness consumable supplements, they are governed by strict safety standards and limited return eligibility.

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    We accept returns or replacements only in genuine cases:

    • Product received damaged during transit
    • Incorrect product delivered
    • Product expired at the time of delivery
    • Package received tampered or leaking

    Mandatory Conditions:

    • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review
    • An unboxing video (starting before opening the package) is compulsory
    • Clear photos of product, packaging, and shipping label must be provided

    Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    Due to hygiene and contamination risks, we do NOT accept returns in the following cases:

    • Opened or unsealed bottles
    • Used or partially consumed products
    • Consumable wellness supplements
    • Products without original packaging
    • Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery
    • Change of mind / taste preference / expectation mismatch

    These rules are necessary to protect all customers and maintain safety standards.

    3. How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return request:

    Please include:

    • Order Number
    • Issue description
    • Photos & unboxing video proof

    Our support team reviews requests within 1–2 business days.

    4. Return Shipping
    • If the issue is verified as genuine — We arrange pickup or replacement
    • If proof is insufficient — Request may be rejected

    We are not responsible for packages returned without approval.

    5. Replacement Policy

    Where applicable, we prefer replacement over refund.

    A replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 business days after approval.

    6. Refund Processing
    • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect.
    • Refund processed within 5–7 working days
    • Credited to original payment method
    • COD orders refunded via bank transfer

    Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Shipping charges
    • COD handling fees

    Bank processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

    7. Order Cancellation

    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

    Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    Customers may refuse delivery, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

    8. Damaged / Missing Items During Transit

    If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

    • Notify us within 24 hours
    • Provide photo/video proof

    Failure to report within the timeframe may result in rejection of claim.
